Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Local orders are sent with Aramex and International orders are sent with DHL using their track and trace service.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Products from our Apicare store are shown and billed in New Zealand dollars.

Overseas orders will have the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15% will be deducted at check out.

Local freight 

Orders over $80.00 are freight free.  Freight on orders under $80.00 is $8.90

Rural delivery freight is $14.90

USA Shipping – Frequently Asked Questions

 Q: Why have you stopped shipping to the USA?

A: The United States has recently introduced new tariffs on e-commerce goods. Orders sent from New Zealand are now subject to a 15% tariff, and our trial shipments via DHL Express have also incurred an additional USD $43.00 administration fee per order, regardless of the order value. These extra costs make shipping to the USA very expensive for our customers, so we have temporarily paused delivery to the United States while we look for better options.

 Q: Are these extra charges applied by you?

A: No. The 15% tariff is imposed by US authorities, and the USD $43.00 administration fee is charged by DHL on each order. We do not control these charges and unfortunately we are not able to absorb them.

 Q: When will you start shipping to the USA again?

A: We don’t have a confirmed date yet. We are currently reviewing other couriers and options with NZ Post to see if we can find a more affordable, reliable solution. As soon as we have a workable option, we’ll update this page and reopen USA shipping.

 Q: Is there anything I can do in the meantime?

A: At the moment, we’re unable to ship directly to USA addresses. If you have access to a forwarding service or a delivery address in another country we currently ship to, you may be able to receive our products that way. Please just be aware that additional fees or charges from those services are outside our control.

 Q: Are you still committed to serving USA customers?

A: Absolutely. We value our USA customers and are actively working to find a fair and sustainable solution so we can resume shipping to the States as soon as possible. We’re very sorry for any inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

 International Freight

Freight costs are calculated by destination and weight. You can review this fee once you have chosen your items, before completing check out.

Tracking advice is emailed once the courier collects your order so you can track its progress.

Please Note:  your order may be subject to import fees or duties levied by your country, in addition to your order and delivery invoice. Countries have different rules and regulations around import duties and as these are sometimes only applied intermittently it is difficult for us to offer precise information about these possible charges, which are the purchaser's responsibility if levied.
