How do I create an account?

On the top right of each page you will see the word Login. If you click here it will automatically take you to the returning customer or new customer selection. Select register to setup a new account. Enter your details as requested. Once you have created the account you can use this for future purchases. Remember if you would like to collect loyalty points or see your order history you need to log in to your account - this ensures your purchases are recorded against your name.

How do I know my customer loyalty points are being allocated to my account?

When you Login and buy online from us every item you purchase earns you VIP reward points! You earn one point for every two dollars you spend (excluding freight charges) and when you have reached 100 points, you can redeem your reward points. They can be used as one of the payment methods in the payment area of the checkout. Your rewards point will be displayed under My Account when you have logged in and in the payment area of the checkout. Reward points can be used together with other payment methods such as credit cards.
