What makes Apicare products different?

We have always believed that our Apicare skincare products need to meet two very clear criteria. Firstly, they must be free of any ingredients that cause skin sensitivity or are not beneficial to the skin. Secondly, our products must be effective at delivering moisture and relieving dryness as well as being a pleasure to use. If we can't achieve this combination in a product then we won't make it.

At Apicare we pride ourself on producing affordable, quality, natural skin care that does the job for which it is designed.
Apicare products are free from petrochemicals, sulphate detergents, synthetic colours, animal ingredients, parabens, glycols and diglycols ......and so the list could go on.  We could list here a hundred ingredients we don't use (which is the current trend) but that would not mean a lot to you.  Instead we prefer to tell you that we don't use any nasty synthetics or any questionable ingredients... and that we keep our products 98-100% natural, safe, effective and a pleasure to use!

What honey does Apicare use in their skin care.

Apicare uses Manuka honey from our own bee hives in our skin care products.

Our Manuka Natural, Balms and First from the Hive therapeautic products use Manuka honey MGO 500+ from our own hives.  Our bath and body products use a Multi Floral Manuka honey, again from our own hives.

The MGO rating indicates the antibacterial activity that is present.
